This was actually the second headset we bought for our office. I liked it so much that we decided to get it for my boss too. The wireless capabilities are especially great if you work in a small office where you often need to multitask to get a lot of work done. I can go to the mailbox in front of the building, go to another office to use the large copier/fax/printer, etc. Make coffee or have lunch in the kitchen, open the storage door for delivery, check at my boss's office. Office for him while he works on the go without putting the caller on hold or hanging up. I can even potty my pup without lifting the hose and with a headset lifter (in my opinion these two products should never be sold separately as a headset lifter is an absolute must have accessory!) I can take calls. or fill them out from anywhere in the building or outside. I can't believe I've ever lived without it.
