We have about 4 of these headphones in our office.
We have about 4 such headsets in our office. We ordered a replacement set and the earpiece NEVER worked. I sent it back to ROCKET SERVICES who approved the refund and all they did was ship it back to me. No note, nothing explaining what's going on. When I called Plantronics for support, I was told that this kit was manufactured in 2012 and is no longer supported.
- If the device does not charge, try replacing the battery. The device is compatible with the following brands - Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, At&t and Panasonic
