Call center work, this is a great product that likes more every day. Compared to the cheaper Plantronics headset my employer provided me with, this one wins without a doubt. I get great clarity, great volume control, and no tangled, tangled, or twitching cords during a busy day at the call center. Given the variety of people and call conditions I deal with throughout the day, this call quality control is essential. The soft squeaky voice comes through just as well as the loud, low calls I hear. I can quickly manage each one in turn. I have recommended it to colleagues and friends. If you spend more than an hour a day on your phone, this hands-free headset will probably come in handy. It doesn't feel heavy or tight, is easy to put on and take off, and keeps your hands free for typing, writing, or other activities.
