Average frame, outstanding customer service.

I just received the product today. The frame is not Real Carbon Fiber as advertised. It was metal with a carbon fiber print. It only came with 3 screws. And the non skid mat was about the thickness of a few sheets of paper. Not worth using imho.Update: I was contacted very quickly about my review and the company was really went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied. Even though there were some errors. Mistakes happen and this company provided excellent customer service.
