Good quality wrapper but not enough ribbon
If you cut 10.5" of cellophane and cut along the fold line you can wrap two 750ml bottles. To add neck ribbon you will need 2 feet of ribbon. Yes, I measured. Length The cellophane tube is only 16 feet long, which means you'll get enough for 8 bottles. Since the tape to packaging ratio is disproportionate, you will inevitably have to buy more tape.
