Appears to be a good item with one exception

Appears to be a good item with one exception. If you do not center the seal/plate, the impeller will rub against it and make a squeaking noise. Luckily I screwed the impeller on with only 4 screws and found the problem. Gasket loosened and moved slightly. Problem solved. That should have been in the installation instructions.
