The ease in which you can find out what your competitors are doing and how they're performing against their own goals is fantastic - I really like that it's very easy for users without any technical knowledge or experience to get up and running with our software quickly.

It would be great if we could have more control over some elements within our dashboard so that it was easier to see exactly where we needed to improve as an organisation. We've been able to track all our key performance indicators (KPIs) across several channels at once. This has enabled us to analyse data much quicker than before.
