If you need such focal lengths as 400mm, then take it and donβt think. The lens draws really well. What I wrote about contrast is more of a nitpick. There are not so many such cases of failures in black to put an end to this glass. For me, it would be better if it was 200-400 and the quality is like 70-200 2.8, that would be a super combination. Who needs 400mm, still uses 200, and 100 is definitely not needed in practice. For 100mm and less, itβs better to have a second carcass with a second good glass (if you donβt want to change the glasses) than supposedly having a universal lens at the expense of quality.
