My fingers hurt! - Massage stick

This item is made of durable plastic, but my fingers with rheumatoid arthritis hurt when I use it. The instructions are in Chinese so I don't know if I'm using them correctly. that's ridiculous! Sending back too cheap. I don't care about this article.
