Review on Moog K90492 Ball Joint by Mike Johnston

To Moog. I have used your products before. Some were good. Now I will reconsider my decision because I tried to negotiate with you to return the goods and you do not answer me. Yes, I was late for my car due to unforeseen problems, but the return window should be longer and of course Moog should still respond to my requests. Now I have useless parts because they don't fit in the car and Moog has a negative review from me and a lost customer.
