I like how well organized this company is! It's easy to reach out to different people within the company. My biggest dislikes about working with MCSI has been that it takes too long before one gets back in touch after contacting them through email or facebook messages (sometimes months). They have great customer service but communication can be hard when you don't hear anything from someone right away. You should use this firm if you need help reaching your target market. Their website also makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. The team is very dedicated in accomplishing our objectives; they provide us with sound advice that we can rely upon when making decisions relatedto marketing strategies as wellas social media engagement strategy development/implementation - overall great experience!
