I was initially a little hesitant about buying these as the most helpful review so far said they were quite difficult to put on, but I was short on time and another reviewer mentioned that they shipped quickly became. 1. They ship fast! Received my order within 2 business days. Great price too.2. As for the second point, putting them on, I didn't really find them too difficult. Given the design of the extensions, it's very easy if you slide them through the collar button before putting your shirt on. The back is wide enough to stretch your neck 1/2 size as directed (may stretch up to 3/4 if you really stretch). Once you zipped everything up, a slight tug helped keep everything in place. You just have to make sure you have your extensions on before messing with the shirt. The button on the extension itself was fairly easy to attach. Not very noticeable even without a tie/bow tie, but it definitely helps to hide.
