I'll make it as short and sweet as possible: just buy it. I took the advice of a professional photographer who hired a Division 1 school to shoot all of their sports photography, and he told me that this lens worked as well or better than the $11,000 and $12,000 lenses, so I followed his advice and bought it and I was blown away. I am posting two shots taken with this camera, keeping in mind that the moon shot was only taken with a Canon Renvert T6i instead of my regular Canon 5D Mark III that I usually use. I'm very impressed with this lens and you should definitely buy it before anyone else, so save your money and just buy this lens, you won't be disappointed. I photographed the moon from my porch with a tripod, and I photographed the football from the stands about halfway up and at the 20-yard line.
