but now the power windows work but the driver's side mirror only adjusts one way. After disassembling the old part, I came to the conclusion that it's too complicated, but that's Chrysler's fault, not Dorman's. Using a simple switch design instead of built in electronics would be much better. Other reviewers rated it non-functional and sent it back for replacement. I suppose I'm glad all the windows work once the mirror is set and not so fussy about waiting for a replacement that might not work.
