Initial build quality seems good. Problems in the functions of the device. Starting with the main menu, which is not customizable at all. I'm completely attached to icons, whether I need them or not. Should be able to sort in an order I think is important. Entering Sirius, one would assume that in your presets he could start from the beginning of the song when you tune into that station, but no. All other brands in this price range allow this. Also, the evil white sxm logo is too bright at night. They didn't write on the album cover to be on screen. Also, you cannot save your favorite songs or artists. Once again the best brands allow it at this price point. Also, the lights don't dim based on the car's settings, they have day and night modes that can be set by yourself but cannot be set using the dimmer on the car. I like the front button and buttons. The fit and finish looks good after installation. I cannot recommend this unit unless they lower the price to 500 or fix insufficient features for the price I paid.
