This product fully deserves 5 stars. I bought it for my 2015 Highlander, it arrived on time and well packaged. The filters are packaged in sealed plastic, the box is sturdy and (completely unexpected) there was detailed installation instructions on the side of the box. I followed the instructions and removed my old filter (btw the arrows on the original filter were pointing up). I took out the new filter and compared it to my old filter and wow! Undoubtedly, these filters are significantly better constructed, especially the support ribs at each end. Just by looking at them you can see the difference. Total installation time was 3 minutes and I was assisted by my 4 year old son who did all the work except removing the glove box door. All this and you get 2 for $12.99.
