could have been selected when the Galaxy gas lamp arrived, the box was open and appeared full. A month later the lamp was assembled and the wall bracket incorrectly soldered to the valve handle. As a result, the two glass spheres were within 1/4 inch of each other and if used, heat would have ruptured both spheres. The product image shows approximately 4-5 inches between two balls. Rocky Mountain details were contacted and they replied that the return policy had expired and nothing could be done. I asked that I not send it back but that the company would replace the defective parts. So far there has been no answer. The lamp as such is completely unusable, defective and cannot be used. I wasted $179.38.
