I use this in my morning smoothie and love that it has no flavor or added sweeteners, just protein. I know people complain about graininess but I think they just add water or milk and shake it in a shaker. You need to blend in a blender and get creative with your ingredients. I use this in my anti-inflammatory shake recipe (courtesy of Dr. Amy Myers) which includes 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (So Delicious), 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, diced fresh ginger, 1/4 cup pecans. or walnuts, 1 tbsp linseed oil and 1 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil, 1 frozen banana and some turmeric. I also add 1 T Great Lakes Unflavored Gelatin (green container) which is used for cold recipes. You can also add frozen blueberries. It's very tasty and filling. Take creative people!
