The unit has broken several times and customer service is now ignoring emails

The air filter itself looks nice and when it works it is good. When I first got the device, it wouldn't connect over Wi-Fi at all (and I'm aware of the 2.4GHz iOT trap that's common with devices). Then the support team responded and sent a new case. This cover connected to wifi right away and apart from the obviously old cover with paint peeling off, it worked. Later, the device began to arbitrarily switch to the maximum air speed. Back to support and they can fix it with an over the air firmware update. This is due to touch sensitivity, and the peeling paint around the control buttons might have worked. A few months later the unit shut down and I found it was now tripping my circuit breaker. I was able to repeat it every time I plugged the unit into a different area of my house, and the second I did it would light up for a second, then trip the circuit breaker and shut itself off. I can plug a hair dryer and any other device into the same place and they work fine, so the problem was definitely with the device. Unit). It took a full month to get the device back and I had to contact support multiple times for updates. Return next day became a week later when I finally received a tracking number showing the device was shipped much later. Also, they said they couldn't replicate the problem, but "replaced the power board anyway," so I assumed we were fine. I finally got the unit back with a nice crack and looking worse and worse with wear and tear every time I send something back to get it working. works, plug it in, the circuit breaker works again. Of course I contact both the original support emails I already had and the website and I have not received a response. No one. It's as if they don't exist anymore or make fun of them that if you ignore them the problem will magically go away. good endings. You don't have to pull your teeth to get an answer to fix such an expensive product. I do not recommend this company at all. Will contact my credit card company if I don't get an answer soon.
