Useless Air Purifier, Save Your Money

Based on my observations, this air purifier is not worth the investment. While it does look sleek and modern, it fails to actually purify the air in my home and kitchen. The only pro is its design, but that doesn't make up for its lack of functionality. The cons are numerous: it's noisy, cumbersome to clean, and ultimately useless in eliminating pollutants. Don't bother with this product.

EXCEPTIONAL AIR PURIFICATION

Living in Southern California comes with numerous air quality hazards: brown smog, fire season, spring pollen, Santa Ana winds and dusty, dry desert conditions. After being sensitive to each of these irritants to varying degrees over the course of a year, I searched for a portable air purifier that I could install and forget and rely on to deal with these pollutants at every level and myself to get rid of my constantly aching sinuses. The unit has broken several times and customer service is now ignoring emails

The air filter itself looks nice and when it works it is good. When I first got the device, it wouldn't connect over Wi-Fi at all (and I'm aware of the 2.4GHz iOT trap that's common with devices). Then the support team responded and sent a new case. This cover connected to wifi right away and apart from the obviously old cover with paint peeling off, it worked. Later, the device began to arbitrarily switch to the maximum air speed. Back to support and they can fix it with an over the air…
