Wasn't sure this would cover the AC and work but this is a great option for my outdoor unit. First, with the open concept, the unit gets to dry out with airflow but the top is covered so ice, snow and leaves no longer enter the unit. The air flow allows the unit to remain dry while protecting it from elements and debris. I read that it is best not to completely cover the unit in plastic so it can air dry. This works perfectly and no leaves! The cover is held on tightly w the cords provided
