So it's much better to cut pizza on a thin crust!
Ever cut pizza with scissors? Once you try it, it will always be your favorite method. I got tired of pushing the pizza wheel through the crust on the edge. These scissors have curved handles to allow them to scoop food under the edge of the food to be cut. Easily dismantled for cleaning. I think pasta makers love it too, but someone told me to try "pizza scissors" and I'll be a fan of the idea forever!
