How about including instructions for proper valve installation? NO ONE IS INCLUDED! Firstly, I've never liked using a pressure cooker - then why did the valve fall out when washing? Then the man thought he was doing the right thing and we couldn't close the lid because the valve was installed upside down. After more browsing the internet and reading the literature we got from the PC, we got it right - I was ready to throw the oven away! This is more than important as you/we don't want this damn thing to explode - have you ever seen anyone get burned over it? It's terrible!
