The main thing I like about this product, it's that you can use all of your tools in one place! That makes things easier when managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously with different people involved (ease).
It would be nice if there was an option between "manually" entering tasks vs having them automatically generated by PMP or WBS codes - as sometimes we have clients who don't provide those values so they need manual entry instead; but still want their task information entered into our system. We are using these features within MS Excel spreadsheets where some details may not always get filled out correctly because someone forgets to do something before clicking submit etc.; however once everything gets sent through here then its easy enough tracking what needs done next via another spreadsheet tab linked up from ours too.
