Review on APEVIA 512L CBL Silent Anti Vibration Rubber by David Lusk

They meet all the requirements I was looking for. The RGB craze is too much for me but I love the ring/halo fans they make. This all blue setup is good and they're not overly bright. They move the air pretty well and keep my system at a good temperature. They're also pretty quiet, even at full speed. And 5 fans for the price is a steal. Also included are screws in case you don't have them (some fans will not include them). The only real downside was the build quality. Some of my fans didn't have enough pads to drown out the fans. And just one of the pads could lead to their imbalance. Luckily I was able to use them with my setup on the sides where all the pads were intact.
