The temperature is higher than the actual one. It's really annoying, I feel like I'm always looking at the tank and feeling it because that little sensor sucks. Get what you pay for. As you can all see I have a temperature sticker which I received today along with an adjustable heater. And after taking the temp gauge out and then eating for 15 minutes I put it back in but now it's higher... even though I lowered the tank heater it went up to 83.5/84 out of nowhere! If you buy it just be aware that it is very inaccurate and be sure to consider the high setting it has. 0/10 - (I return it)
