Review on Genuine Toyota 86396 04040 Antenna Nut by Luis Green
Great OEM part!
It was real! Do you need to replace the antenna due to moisture corrosion? You will need this part along with the base and grommet. You cannot remove this old nut due to corrosion. The easiest and best way to remove it is to use a dremel or similar moto tool with a cutting wheel and just cut off one side of it and then straighten it with a very large flat head screwdriver. You'll destroy the rubber bushing in the process, but it's cheaper than a fender or paint if you slip and tangle while drilling or chipping.
