So, I'll do a joint review, since I use 4 products from this company. First let me say that I am very active. Long-distance runners, sprinters, strength training, hiking, etc. Over the last year I have had joint pain and inflammation. I was looking for products that might help with these issues, as well as others to add to my exercise regimen, so I ended up buying their MSM, L-Glutamine, BCAA, and Creatine Monohydrate. The first thing I noticed was how good my body felt with this combination. I was able to get through my runs and workouts and had NO joint pain or inflammation AT ALL! I take the recommended doses several times a day and boy can I feel the difference in my health, strength and focus! I did more reps and increased the speed in sprints. For those complaining about the taste, I use the True Lime & Crystal Light packs and find that they mask the taste pretty well. I am very pleased with the bulk additions. Good quality, pure products, affordable and very effective. If you are serious about your health/training I would definitely recommend this company.
