An improvement over fixed-bottom pans
We got these to replace our fixed - bottom pie pans. The bottom stays in place during use and being able to remove the outer rim makes slicing much easier and practically hassle free. Will update the review if any problems arise in the long run but, so far, we're perfectly happy with our purchase.
- Made a homemade pizza with cheese and tomatoes. Perfect for an appetizer.
- The small size of the pans makes it difficult to handle and transfer the baked goods safely
