Bought because I hate the neighbor's dog. He lunges at my feet when I get out of the car, barks and chases my car up and down the street and when I pull into my driveway. Aside from kicking him in the face or literally shooting him when my roommate isn't at work, I wanted to find a way to make my dog uncomfortable every time I'm around. I was hoping I could train him with a whistle every time I went outside to keep him away. The whistle didn't work. Well, it's time to polish my steel-toed boots.
