I am not at all satisfied with the quality of this cotton swab. The spool is very missized, tangled and the fibers are so short that they have little power. The fibers are not combed, so there are small clumps everywhere. Inside the spool is a liner material (you can see it if you take the spool apart) that appears to be made of synthetic material. It's quite soft and absorbs well. It also sticks out of the box fairly easily, although there's no hole in the box to pull the section out. I was hoping this would serve as a replacement for Graham Cellucotton but the quality and consistency leaves something to be desired. I give it two stars for its softness and absorbency but it's not something I would use again.
