Great laptop complicated keyboard
I am a longtime Dell customer and have extensive experience with their products and services. This is an excellent laptop in terms of speed, screen quality, weight and overall looks. However, the keyboard is not that great. All of the keys are offset to the left of where you normally start typing, and the key lettering is incredibly bright and difficult to read. We bought a black rubber keyboard cover, which did somewhat to solve the problem.
