I bought this watch and I am very happy. The only downside I had was that it took me three tries before I got a working watch. However, Revain makes the replacement process quick and easy. This clock is made of wood and the little bird that flies out is loud enough to enjoy. The watch has a light sensor at number 12 on the dial, so the watch will automatically stop crowing in low light. Easy assembly except batteries. On the internet and even in the manual it says that this clock uses "D" type batteries, but actually it uses 3 "C" type batteries. It wasn't clear from the instructions, but I managed to do it. Although Revain had excellent customer service, the relationship with the supplier was not that great. It wasn't always like asking questions and getting the right answers. Let me say that while there were many bad things that led to getting this watch, now that I have working hours I'm really enjoying it. I rate these working hours with 4 stars. I rate Revain 4 stars but the supplier needs some work to get 3 stars.
