Not perfect for my Yamaha windshield frame. Totally agree with the others regarding the clamp size and short screw for my frame. Completely difficult to install. It's really difficult to get a screw on the threads. The clip must be removed to install, particularly due to the narrow section that is still above the windshield rail. I've barely plugged it in and it's a little loose but still usable. It was not possible to install it to the right of the curved part. For the price, this is probably the best I can find. This is a much better rubber clip than the other brand I returned because the clip screws scratched and dug into my frame and ruined it. I like the rubber but the limiting factor is the design of the plastic clip. The size of the mirror is large, it is very clear and easy to adjust. At least I can fold this mirror and cover it with my custom made Yamaha case. If the clamp would fit better, it would be perfect.
