The amplifier did not turn on.

This was a good deal compared to other units. However, there was no voltage on the blue wire that supplied 12 volts to the remote control to turn on the amp when the unit was on. I had everything set up and didn't want to fiddle with the return, so I added a relay that turns the amp on with the ignition switch. Very disappointed that this new device did not work properly right out of the box.
