I am satisfied with the purchase of the dehydrator. It works well. It's a bit bigger than I thought, making it difficult to find a place for it in a small kitchen. I'd like the dial to be in the front of the car rather than the back, which might be achievable, but that's secondary. We removed every second shelf to allow more space on each level. I've seen similar machines a little cheaper, but hopefully the quality of the Excalibur will make up for that over time. A good buy, especially if there are discounts or discounts.
