Poor quality cutters.
These pliers are very disappointing. The cutting edge broke off even though they weren't used to cut anything hard. The company sent documents showing it was under a Canadian warranty. Postage was quite high. So don't go back. It later turned out they might have been brought back to Illinois after I threw them away.

- Made of high quality ball bearing steel; About 20% lighter than traditional electronics pliers
