I bought a couple of shock absorbers, one was new but.
Bought a pair of shock absorbers, one new, one used. Upon inspection, the new shock was secured with a rope while the used shock was unsecured. When compressing, the new shock absorber had a lot of resistance and expanded after the compression stopped. The shock used scrapes when compressing and stays down when the compression is released. I sent the used shock absorber back for replacement but to my displeasure I was sent the same shock absorber. I resent, but retain a new shock.
