is probably built by the same people who supply the cube with their short switches, or maybe it's just a great copy. This makes the R154 feel very cramped. Shifts are precise and sharp. Factory travel was approximately 5 1/2 inches between gears. This switch reduces it to about 3 inches. so it's not too short like some. The only downside is iron. it's complete garbage. Replace the hardware and it's a great switch! I also reused my practically new Marlin trackball bushing because it turned out to be better quality than the one that came with the kit.
