Excellent knives in kitchen and dining room
My wife bought her first Kyocera ceramic knife in 2016 with a blade size of 5.5 inch and she loves it. We only use this Kyocera knife for everything in the kitchen. The knife stays sharp for almost 3 years and is very durable. However, after the New Year, her knife accidentally broke on a granite countertop, so we have to buy this knife again. We were originally looking for a single 5.5 inch knife until we found this set of three knives. She is a happy woman again since we received this shipment. I highly recommend the Kyocera ceramic knife as it is the one knife everyone needs.
