The best part is that it integrates seamlessly into our ERP system so we don't have to worry about maintaining two separate databases or keeping up-to-date with changes made to both our ERP database as well as the Claimbook database. It's also easy enough for any support person to use without needing to be an expert programmer. I've had some issues where Claims Management would occasionally freeze when updating records but this was resolved pretty quickly after sending them an email. We are able to easily access patient information across multiple departments within one database which has greatly improved efficiency throughout my department. This allows me to spend less time searching through paper files and more time actually doing what I'm supposed to do - solving problems!
