Review on 🥓 Nordic Ware Bacon Rack & Lid - 10.25x8x2 Inches, White by Walter Martin

I remember when NORDIC was a great brand of product but this particular product came to me with chips in more than 3 places marked 'Homemade' . Dents and scratches (not factory) and what appeared to be water stains covering both the front and back. This 'must' be a used product! How can it pass the quality control? I don't normally write negative reviews but I have emailed Nordic twice on their website and no one has bothered to reply. If you try to connect here you will be given return or exchange options which require you to send the product back - the buyer doesn't have to spend their own time repackaging a product that is clearly unusable but find a way to get a 'return label' (not everyone has their own printer) and then ship it back to the PO! This is just unacceptable. My money and time are more valuable to me than it appears, Nordic customers are valuable to them "I find that rather sad. In any case, I hope that whoever orders one of these will receive a "new" and that it suits you. I will look for a new company for my next purchase.
