Review on OUGES by Luis Estrella

For an online store that markets itself as a one-stop-shop for women's fashion, OUGES had a lot to live up to in my eyes as a style addict. My time spent shopping with them was disappointing. Although they have a wide variety of clothing, footwear, and jewelry, the quality of their items is low. Their clothing and accessories seemed to be made of low-quality fabrics that quickly showed signs of wear. In addition, their support services are severely lacking. I had a problem with my order and called customer service, but they were rude and useless. It was abundantly evident that they had no intention of fixing the problem or giving me a satisfactory answer. In conclusion, I cannot recommend OUGES, despite its claims to be a progressive retailer. I can't suggest this firm to my fellow fashionistas because of their high prices, terrible quality, and unhelpful customer support.
