The computer has become unusable. The information in Spanish was wrong. He said he had a 3070 and came up with a 3060. He said he had a 1TB hard drive and also a 512GB hard drive. there is a fan that is not working. The motherboard seems shaky during shipping and I'm afraid it might break. The optional 2TB hard drive was disabled and had a cracked plastic bracket. The product generally had too much dust inside. For all of this and more, I've decided to give it back. this is disappointing. Edit: I've been waiting for a refund on this product for almost 2 months and it hasn't been returned to me yet. I've called support several times but nothing has happened so far. Don't trust this company because they give you a hard time
