Fits my kneads. for my opinion
Works great for a basic white dough, (7 cups flour, 1T fast acting yeast, 3 T sugar, 1 T kosher salt, 2 T neutral oil, 2.25 cup warm water). Will knead for 10 minutes and shut off. Loud but fills my kneads(no puns intended). Been using it for months. Hand wash only. Would recommend if you make homade bread weekly like I have for years. Save your wrists and back.
