Great for my application
I have used this wire wheel to remove surface rust from chrome steel. It worked very well as the brass is soft enough not to scratch but strong enough to remove surface rust. Sometimes it leaves a yellow cast (from brass), but this can easily be removed with a cloth soaked in acetone.
