Missing parts, incorrectly labeled, incorrectly measured parts.

I ordered two of these. The first shelf came without the fabric drawer needed for the compartment and also had the wrong labels which I ended up having to reattach. The second shelf was a complete mess. , the drawers are mislabeled, the legs are mislabeled, drawer B's holes didn't line up anywhere, even after unscrewing and trying another option, flip, rotate, etc. The screw holes on the back should be a bit straight, and the Front should be slightly tilted. No matter how I tried to change the setting, the screw holes were all angled where they should be and wouldn't screw in. Even if I bent the steel it still wouldn't work. as if they sent me parts for an A-frame structure.

Pros
