I've seen a lot of reviews complaining about bolt holes that "don't line up". Almost every page of the manual says NOT to fully tighten the screws, right down to the last page telling the user to "tighten all screws". Follow this EASY guide and you won't have ANY PROBLEMS. It's easy to assemble. It's durable. That looks great. It does everything I bought it for. You can not ask for more!

The good news first: I love the style and how it looks. It was pretty easy to put together and is heavier than I thought it would be. However, it is better if you have tools such as a drill and a vacuum cleaner at hand. The first is because our shelves didn't have two screw holes and we had to drill them; The latter because it is encased in a certain foam and crumbles everywhere.

I love the look of this ceiling ladder. Looks nice in the room. It was easy to assemble and feels solid. The basket was exactly what I wanted because I didn't have space to store blankets. This product is exactly as described. Issues from other reviews have been fixed. All parts were well marked. The assembly went well. Extra screws were included (nice!). The leveling screws in the "back" legs helped level and stabilize the racks the way it should be. But along with good news, there is also bad news.
