Review on 🐙 CoralVue Octopus BH-2000 Aquarium Filter with External 2000 Pump - Ideal for 125-Gallon Tanks by Alesha Adams

After almost a month of use I am very happy with the results I am seeing in my tank. No more algae on the walls, this keeps my lawnmower dog on a diet and no longer greasy, the water looks very clear, the fish look happy. Drainage hole from the collection cup which means you have to take the cup out to do the cleaning - small hole on the side of the chamber where the collection cup is, I had to put filter media (fiber) in it to avoid a lot of micro bubbles going into the tank - Lack of a cover in the upper part of the return chamber. I cut out a piece of acrylic to cover it and avoid the salt around it - throwback foam, it's too big, too ugly to look at. I don't use it at all, there are bubbles, but it's okay after making that little hole I was talking about. Overall I like the skimmer and can live with those shortcomings but think about it if you're looking to buy one and especially if you have a small pool.
