I needed to remove the idler pulley from a 2001 BMW that was slightly torn off. Looking at the old socket set I found that it was probably stripped because the old socket was rounded. Since this bolt holds the pulley in place and is used to relieve tension when changing belts, I needed a new head to prevent this. Not only did this head remove the old broken bolt with ease, it also worked great for loosening the new pulley. Good, precise fit, no need to take it off, quality brand. Highly recommended.
